workshop de CoCriação onde o objetivo é, em equipa,
partilhar ideias e explorar possíveis soluções para os desafios identificados pelas áreas de inovação da Jerónimo Martins
.Quando: 30 de Maio das 9h30 às 13h00
Onde: Sala Q01 (Junto ao Jardim de Química)
Temas que serão abordados no workshop:
1. Melhorar a eficiência logística, respeitando o HACCP de cada um dos fluxos e tendo em conta as janelas horárias de receção das encomendas, da entrega dos fornecedores, e das entregas aos clientes.
2. Desenvolver um sistema/equipamentos que possa produzir energia a partir de fontes renováveis em offshore para abastecer o pontão de alimentação e os vários equipamentos utilizados nas operações.
3. Criar um equipamento que seja capaz de ir buscar caixa-a-caixa numa palete que vem com as caixas fechadas, fazer a respetiva abertura e colocar novamente noutra palete de forma a tornar esta atividade mais eficiente e menos desgastante.
4. Comparação TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) entre a frota atual e um potencial eletrificada. A limitação no acesso ao centro das grandes cidades a veículos não poluentes, a necessidade de modos de distribuição alimentar mais sustentável, a consequente redução dos custos inerentes, a redução e emissão de gases poluentes (descarbonização da frota), uma operação mais estruturada e a medição de todos estes fatores.
5. Estudo da utilização do aditivo Carragenina (E 407) e/ou Algas Eucheuma transformadas (E 407a) e a sua possível substituição por outras alternativas.

Jerónimo Martins, in partnership with Técnico, invites you to participate in this Co-Creation workshop where the goal is, in a collaborative and team way, to share ideas and identify possible solutions to the challenges identified by
Jerónimo Martins innovation areas.
When: 30th May, from 9:30 am to 1.00 pm
Where: Istart White Room (Mathematics Pavilion, level -1, Alameda Campus)
Topics that will be addressed in the workshop:
1. Improve logistics efficiency, respecting HACCP for each of the flows and taking into account the time windows for receiving orders, supplier deliveries and customer deliveries.
2. To develop a system/equipment that can produce energy from offshore renewable sources to supply the power pontoon and the various equipment used in the operations.
3. To create equipment that is able to pick up box by box from a pallet that comes with the boxes closed, open it and put it back on another pallet in order to make this activity more efficient and less stressful.
4. TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) comparison between the current fleet and a potential electrified one. The limitation in access to the centre of large cities for non-polluting vehicles, the need for more sustainable food distribution modes, the consequent reduction in inherent costs, the reduction and emission of polluting gases (fleet decarbonisation), a more structured operation and the measurement of all these factors.
5. Study of the use of the additive Carrageenan (E 407) and/or processed Eucheuma algae (E 407a) and its possible replacement by other alternatives.
